Pasta
In 1912, in the pristine region of Molise, Italy, the Pastificio La Molisana was founded by the visionary Carlone family as a humble artisan workshop. However, its destiny was far greater as it quickly rose to prominence in the semolina pasta production industry over the following decades. The year 1927 marked a pivotal moment in the company's history, as La Molisana's exceptional pasta products garnered well-deserved recognition. During the Campionaria Exhibition in Rome, the company was bestowed with the prestigious First Prize Gran Palma d'Onore and the esteemed Gold Medal, honoring their commitment to crafting outstanding pasta. This accolade served as a testament to La Molisana's dedication to excellence and solidified its position as a leading force in the world of pasta production. Oil and Vinegar
The history of Raineri dates back to 1910 when Leonardo Raineri had the vision to celebrate Liguria's rich heritage of olive oil and vinegar. Over the years, the company evolved under the wise leadership of Antonio Raineri and later the Rinaldi family and other owners in the 1980s, maintaining a strong commitment to the region and its products. In 1999, a significant milestone was achieved with the opening of a new plant in Passo di Sarola, near Imperia. Azienda Agricola Raineri was established in 2010, integrating all stages of olive oil and vinegar production. Raineri's dedication to sustainability was evident in their adoption of solar panels in 2011 and eco-friendly practices such as separate collection systems and glass bottles in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Throughout their remarkable journey, Raineri successfully upheld the balance between tradition and innovation, remaining a true benchmark in the world of extra virgin olive oil production.
